Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days (for domestic orders) for delivery pending destination.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS or UPS.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed, and submitted to USPS or UPS.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

 

Tracking:

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

 

Packages Returned to Sender:

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null and void. 

*Please make sure you input your correct address. If an order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address you are responsible for repaying the shipping cost*

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of information, including but not limited to name, email, shipping address, and billing address provided to us via our website.
