Returns Policy

What is your returns & exchanges policy?

We have a policy of free returns & exchanges on non-sale items, which includes a full refund on the original shipping cost for the item(s), as well as the cost of the return shipping label (yep, that’s right, both costs are on us). If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for an exchange OR for a full refund, free of charge. Our return policy is effective for up to 15 days of the original purchase.

Returned items must be unworn/unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition, and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok). 

Once our warehouse receives your return, it can take up to 2 - 3 days for us to inspect, process, and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card refunds usually take 1 - 2 business days to be processed by your bank.  We will send a notification when that happens.

Refunds on original shipping costs are honored for all shipment types except Overnight, next-day air, FedEx 2-Day, or UPS 2-Day shipping. Partial refunds of shipping costs will be honored for those methods. Shipping is not available to be refunded when receiving store credit for a sale item(s).

For International Orders:

Please note for international orders, we are NOT able to create return labels, which means ALL international sales are FINAL.

 

What if I received an incorrect or defective product with my order?

If you received a wrong or defective item with your order, we will be sure to make it right. Please contact us at support@graceandpeace.xyz.

When processing an exchange, some items may have a low inventory count and may be unavailable for exchange. If an exchange isn't possible, we will bring it to your attention via email.

We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@graceandpeace.xyz with all your information and order number.

 

Please note that sales items are NOT exchangeable/returnable and only available for store credit.

Pre-Black Friday orders are also Final Sales.
